When Jane Grant (Charisma Carpenter, late of TV's "Angel"), a beautiful, witty assistant editor at a publishing company is given a project, she is hopeful it will earn her the much-deserved, long overdue promotion she has been waiting six years for. Little does she know the crucial project assigned to her is editing arrogant soap opera diva Natasha "The Gnat" Nutley's (Holly Marie Combs, TV's "Charmed") memoirs--who also happens to be Jane's former high school nemesis. In an attempt to impress Natasha, Jane tells her she lives on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with her doctor boyfriend--when in fact she lives on the Lower East Side and hasn't been on a date in over a year. Her cousin Dana (Kim Schraner) and Aunt Ina (Linda Dano) soon learn of this little white lie and invite Jane's nonexisant significant other to Dana's quickly approaching wedding. As Jane juggles completing Natasha's manuscript on time while trying to find Mr. Right in a string of amusing blind dates, she realizes that Natasha isn't as bad of a person as she thought and that love is often found in the most unlikeliest of places

The film didn't look complete to me.
I mean..they wanted Natasha to be in it..imo they should've atleast let us know what happened to her. I mean..we never really knew what happened after she told her folks about being preggers n such.

But Holly was great in it. Thanx for em sisters for sending it to me!

Seeing it again it made more sence..lol
Made me cwy again when Natasha told her mom she was preggers and that her dad prolly didn't get home while she was there and how much of a dissapointment she was..yup..t was sad

She seems to know how to bring it across just right and can control it. That's just so awesome!
