10/11 - Phoebe has decided to take a hiatus from men. Piper seems to think Murphy and the government is hiding something from the sisters. At Magic School, two demons are circling a dying Krychek demon. One is a scratched demon named Emrick; the other is an evil soothsayer. Emrick wants to finish off the Krychek demon but he is told he can't as "Margoyle wants him alive" to learn how he became that powerful. Of course, Margoyle wants to gather as much powers as he can in order to rule the Underworld. It seems that a lot of demons have been dying in the Underworld lately and it's not from being vanquished. Billie is still trying to get information on the demon that took her sister fifteen years ago. Henry (could it be the new name of Ivan Sergei's character) enlists Paige's help to babysit the baby of a woman who's been sent to prison. Leo also appears in the episode. Source: SpoilerFix.com

11/02 - Billie gets infected with a dangerous virus which makes her become a more muscular superwitch - hence the title. In order to save her, the sisters also transform into muscular super witches. And here's where things get cool: In lieu of prosthetics, producers tapped real body builders - including six-time Miss Olympia Corey Everson (as Paige) and personal trainer to the stars Mjiken Pulston (as Piper) - to play their ripped alter egos. 11/07 - The help of Charmed Ones is enlisted by Agent Murphy (guest star Brandon Quinn) when a demon escapes from the government's custody. They discover that a government-created virus is spreading amongst magical beings causing them to "hulk out." After Billie is scratched by a demon and becomes infected with the virus, Piper and Leo race against time to find an antidote to save her life. The sisters realize the only way to save Billie is to become infected with the virus and turn into "hulked out" versions of themselves. Meanwhile, Paige is put in charge of watching a baby when one of Henry's (guest star Ivan Sergei) parolees is busted. Phoebe reflects on her failed premonition about having a baby. Ah this was a great episode.
Holly was fab as always.
I liked the Piper and Leo moments.
How he told her she was a natural soothing the baby..and she saying something about stretchmarks. lol
Also this ep showed more of a sensitive Piper which is good to see again.
They've had her vent alot this season so it's nice for a change.
YAY for the baby issue being put behind us!
Although i thought Alyssa was great in this episode.
And getting upset in the kitchen was a great scene.
Such a shame though they didn't really go into it more.
I hated her telling billie she could not let her die and being a part of the family though..
I was all..Yeh you caaaaaaan! You should ..followed by noooooooooooooo she's no family! How can you say she's part of the family. So i all throw it at temp. insanity by being emotional bout the kid thing. Best way to explain that..mhm
Loved the premonition at the end. It was sweet.
Paige saved another innocent even if it was just by finding the lil boy's dad.
I've said it b4 and i'll say it again..let paige hold onto that guy! ;D
I like Rose's story line this season.
Like i said..great ep!
